What happens Day 1

Know Yourself. You'll go deeper into your profile than you ever have, your blind spots, your superpowers, what's been quietly holding you back. Honest conversations in a small group of people who get it.

What happens day 2

Know Your Business. Hot seats, real problems, no filters. You'll build your 90-day plan with the room and make a public commitment that actually sticks.

What you leave with

A 90-day plan built around your profile. Clarity on the one thing that will make the biggest difference. A group of people who know your business and will hold you to it. And a post-event 1:1 with Karla.

The small print

Two days. One post-event session with Karla included. Everything built around your specific profile type, not a generic curriculum.

Locations all over the UK

The School runs in venues across the UK, somewhere comfortable, somewhere you can stay the night between the two days, and somewhere with a decent dinner at the end of Day 1. Because the conversations that happen over dinner are often as valuable as the ones in the room.

*The £1,800 covers your place at The School, your profile, a virtual session, all materials, and lunch both days. You'll need to book your own overnight accommodation. We recommend staying at the venue hotel so you're part of the evening conversations, but it's entirely your choice.
